Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus available Nov. 13 for $399

Samsung has announced that the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus — its 7-inch Honeycomb tablet — will be available Nov. 13 for $399. It’ll be available at Best Buy, Amazon, Tiger Direct, Fry’s and other retailers. Preorders start Oct. 23. In addition to having Android 3.2 Honeycomb, The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, a 3MP rear camera and 2MP front camera and Samsung’s TouchWiz UI on the 7-inch, 1024×600 display. T-Mobile adds Galaxy Tab 10.1, SpringBoard tablets to its lineup

T-Mobile has announced that it will be adding two new tablets featuring Google Android 3.2 Honeycomb and 4G HSPA+ to its line of Android tablets. The first is the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, which is already available from a number of other wireless carriers in the US. The second is called the T-Mobile SpringBoard, and it’s basically a rebranded Huawei MediaPad tablet. The SpringBoard features a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon dual core processor, a 7 inch multitouch display, GPS, a 5MP rear-facing camera, and a 1.3MP front camera. This one is pretty easy for me. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 is a great tablet and a great Android device. So the 8.9 version of this device has all the style, coolness, and swag (yes I said swag, and probably will be the last time you see me type it) of its larger brother in a more manageable size. Style can come in many shapes and sizes. Let’s say you think that a 10-inch device is too big, but a 7-incher like the the Blackberry Playbook is too small to you, then that is where the Galaxy Tab 8.9 comes in. Samsung trying to settle the patent dispute, offers Apple a deal

In an attempt to settle the legal fight for patents between Samsung and Apple and to continue selling Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia, Samsung offered Apple a ‘comforting’ deal. According to the latest reports, the two companies emerged from a court hearing at the country’s Federal Court in Sydney on Friday, acknowledging that an offer had been made but  the details of the deal were not disclosed to the court. Apple lawyer Stephen Burley claims that Apple would benefit from Samsung’s proposal noting that “(Samsung’s) inconvenience would be diminished and we would be comforted” by the agreement. T-Mobile Agrees with Verizon; Sides with Samsung Against Apple Lawsuit

An order against Samsung would “unnecessarily harm” T-Mobile and its customers, T-Mobile said in a court filing on Wednesday. “At this late date, T-Mobile could not find comparable replacement products for the 2011 holiday season,” the company argued. Samsung has officially unveiled their follow-up to the original Samsung Galaxy Tab 7. This one is called the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and is beefed up quite a bit.
